You open the box oh so carefully to reveal the beautiful handmade, wooden sign you purchased. You can tell from the weight of it that it is quality.
You may or may not have known that the sign that is now a part of your home came from a little place in Missouri called Springfield. It was hand-made start to finish in the back of a building in the warehouse district. The shop guys work nonstop from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and have perfected the craft. The sign you now have has a story. A story far different than just being made in mass quantity by a large machine.
